Colophon on the final page: "I, the undersigned, apologize to all readers, since I proofread this book and found several verses that do not appear in the entire Bible… I have therefore placed them here at the end of the volume… Shmuel ben Meir Latif… Napoli, Elul 1490".
Several handwritten glosses; one unusually long.
[143] leaves (18 gatherings of 8 leaves each). Missing the first blank page of the first gathering. 27.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Repaired worming. Thick, high-quality paper. Renewed leather binding with gilt lettering on the spine and colorful endpapers. Damaged binding, with worming to the spine.
