Small Wooden Case - "Hagana" Organization
Cigarette case, with carved inscription: "Hagana" (Hebrew). Palestine, ca. 1940.
Sawed and carved wood.
Small rectangular case. Carved on the cover is the Hebrew inscription "Hagana", and on the bottom, in Yiddish, "Palestine - 1938-1940".
Length: 9 cm, width: 5.5 cm, height: 1.5 cm. Fair condition. Small fractures and defects. The cover's hinges (nails) are damaged and the lid is detached.
