"Ahavat Zion" - Printed Micrography

"Ahavat Zion" [Love of Zion], a printed micrography, created by Joseph Brilliant [created, originally, by R. Shmuel Schulman]. [Jerusalem, after 1900].
Micrography - view of Jerusalem, surrounded by trees with musical instruments hanging on them, "…as the Jews did when on the rivers of Babylon" (Hebrew). The text: verse about Zion and David; books of Ezra and Nehemia. Written on the bottom: "made by… Joseph Brilliant" but in fact the micrography was created by R. Shmuel Schulman (a Scribe and micrography artist) and reprinted by Joseph Brilliant after Schulman's death in 1900.

36.5X30.5 cm. Fair-good condition. Many creases and folding marks. Some stains. Margins cut unevenly, close to the printed frame.
