Gameboard - The Dreyfus Affair - France

L'Affaire Dreyfus et de la Verite [The Dreyfus Affair and the Truth]. Gameboard, photo-mechanic printing, France: Sceaux - imp. E. Charane, [ca. 1890-1898]. French.
Gameboard. The winner is the player who reaches the truth. The game was created by supporters of Dreyfus, based on the French saying "The truth lies at the bottom of a well". The board squares show different figures connected to the Dreyfus affair.
47.5X64 cm. Good-fair condition. Folding marks and creases. Stains (mostly to verso). Tears to margins and folding lines, some with damage to the illustration.
