Jerusalemite Oil Lamps made of Tin - Yoel Moshe Salomon Family
Two oil lamps. [Jerusalem, turn of the 20th century].
Bent and sawn tin; glass.
1. Small rectangular lamp with carrying handle, container and wick. Height: 12 cm, length: 6-7 cm. Fair condition. Rust.
2. Lamp shaped as a cone on a round oil vessel, with wick. Height: 32 cm, max. diameter: 17 cm. Fair condition. Rust.
The oil lamps were purchased from Old Yishuv Court Museum tens of years ago and according to the museum's records they were in the possession of the Jerusalemite family of Yoel Moshe Salomon.
