The 26th president of the United States, Theodor Roosevelt, is seen in the poster pointing at a Russian Jew carrying a big bag on his back with the writing "Opression". Roosevelt's words to the Russian Czar, appear on the bottom of the poster:
"Now that you have peace without, why not remove his burden and have peace within your borders?"
