Tikun Shlomo – Seder Tikunei Shabbat according to the Ari, with prayers and blessings for various occasions, laws and customs. Amsterdam, [1809]. Several handwritten leaves are bound before the title page. Dedication from 1809: “Gift given from the expert Mohel… Leizer Beniamins known as Hene… to the circumcised baby Avraham ben C. Menish Rodelsheim on the seventh day of Pesach 1809”. Family inscriptions of births, and a leaf of dedication in attractive writing: “Gift to the boy Menachem Mordechai called Menish Rodelsheim who I circumcised on Wednesday the 19th of Marcheshvan 1857… the small child Mordechai ben R’ Avraham Tzokes…” Original elaborate binding, covered with a red velvet fabric with adornments and silver clasps (filigree).
