Sephardi machzor for the High Holidays. Amsterdam, [1689]. Printed by Yosef Athias. The machzor is divided into two volumes. The first volume: Bakashot and Selichot for the month of Elul, prayers for Rosh Hashanah, the Fast of Gedalya and Shabbat Teshuva. The second volume: Yom Kippur prayers. In the first volume - a copper etching of an illustration of the Tabernacle and the Camp of the Jews in the desert. Contemporary leather binding with ornamentation and gilt embossment of the name of the owner: C. Mendoza. Gilt edges. Volume 1: [1] 119 leaves. Volume 2: 120-309, 400-402 leaves. 15 cm. Good condition. Stains. Damages to bindings.
