"Mandate! For the members of the central committee of the National Jewish Organization of Marmorish region… that we are in consensus regarding the election of the above leaders… to participate, as a representative of this region's 120,000 residents in the yearly confederation of the World Zionist Histadrut…"
The mandate shall be given to Sirs Fried and Goldstein to represent the Jews of Marmorish region in the London Conference of 1920.
