Election poster issued by Herut Movement ("Founded by Irgun Tzeva'i Le'umi"), [early 1949].
A colored lithograph poster, making an iconic use of the portrait of Ze'ev Jabotinsky, the spiritual leader of the party. Below his portrait appears a line from a poem by Jabotinsky, "Shir El-Al", which became the slogan of Herut in the 1949 election for the Constituent Assembly. 95X65.5 cm. Good condition. Creases and minor damages. Folding marks.
