Regulations include: "Any child born in Tripolitania… in the week of Yom Ha'atzmaut, shall be named Yisrael, and every girl shall be named Tziona…" a festive meal must be celebrated with meat and wine, charity must be given generously to the needy, businesses must be closed, and more.
