39, 1, 3-23, [1], 27-34, 39-72, 75-136. 21 cm. Bluish paper, varying condition, most leaves are in good condition. Spotting. Heavy damages on the first and last leaves, professionally restored. In several leaves the text is damaged (in some places the damaged areas were reconstructed). New semi-leather binding.
