Two Medals with an Inscription in Hebrew and Illustration of the Tablets of the Law – Yeshivat Rabeinu Ya'akov Yossef / "Beit Tefilah"

1. Medal struck to commemorate the laying of the corner stone for the High School of Rabbi Jacob Joseph School in New-York, 1928.
Obverse: Name and address of the Yeshivah, with inscription: "to commemorate the laying of a corner stone, December 2, 1928" (English). Reverse: Tablets of the Law with the Ten Commandments inscribed in Hebrew. Around this image appears an inscription in Hebrew: "High School Yeshivat Rabeinu Y'akov Yossef New-York Finkelstein, 1928". Diameter: 32 mm.
2. Synagogue medal. [USA], [1926].
Obverse: Front of building and inscription "my house is a praying house calling all nations" and "Beit Tefilah 1926". Reverse: Tablets of the Law with the Ten Commandments inscribed in Hebrew surrounded by an inscription in Hebrew: "Shema Israel Hashem Eloheinu Hashem Echad" and " Pitchi li Sha'arei Zedek Avo Bo(!)". Signed: Whitehead Hoag. Diameter: 31 mm.
