Torah Pointer – Silver – Russia
Torah Pointer, with chain. Russia, late 19th century.
Silver (marked) and engraved (the hand palm is cast of a different material).
Torah pointer of a conic shape, with fine engraving. A fine geometric design is engraved on the upper third, with a styltized wreath of flowers and two engraved Stars of David. The tip – a hand with a finger pointing forwards.
Length: 18.5 cm, original chain.
