Al Shoshanim, Poems of friendship from Jerusalem to its sons. Z. [Ze'ev] Yavetz, Jerusalem, [1890s].
Small format album with heavy cardboard leaves. Texts from the origins (mainly from Psalms and Prophets, but also from R' Yehuda Halevy poems) are printed on one side while on the other side dried flowers from various parts of Eretz Israel have been artistically pasted (with captions in Hebrew and German). An additional title page in German followed by a short text by Heinrich Heine. Gilded edges. [13] leaves, 11.5X16.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Detached leaf, leaves and binding somewhat loose. Minor tears.
