Silver Tray with Portraits of Herzl and Sokolov

Attractive silver tray (stamped), in a decorated frame, standing on four legs (the frame and the legs are made of brass), with a Persian etching: decorations of plants and portraits of Herzl and Nachum Sokolov. Surrounding the edges of the tray is an inscription (with spelling mistakes): "If I forget thee Jerusalem…The State of Israel should merit years of Torah commanded to us by Moses…Zion shall be redeemed by justice and its returnees with charity". 38X62. Good condition.
