Bound together with a commentary volume in a handsome binding, with inlaid leather and gold embossing created by Yehuda Miklaf. Contained in a find cardboard box. Edition of 550 copies, signed and numbered. Presented here is a copy which is not numbered and is one of four copies bound by Miklaf.
