Chanukah Lamp Produced by "Bezalel"
Chanukah lamp designed by Ze'ev Raban, produced by "Bezalel" (Sharar Group). Jerusalem, c. 1920.
Beaten brass, impression. Silver-plated.
On the back panel are two winged lions holding the menorah. Above them are the inscriptions "These candles are holy" and "Bezalel Yerushalem". In the center is the inscription "For the miracles and the wonders that you have performed for our forefathers in those days at this time". Height: 27 cm, width: 25 cm, length: 5 cm. Stands on four legs (one leg is missing). "Shamash" is missing.
