A Chanukah Lamp with a Bird at the Top – Poland
Chanukah lamp. Poland, [late 19th - early 20th century].
Cast brass.
Grating for back panel. At the top of the side panel are two candleholders ("shamashim"). The row of cornets is set upon a bridge connected to the back panel. Screwed at the top is a large ornament in the shape of a bird.
Height: 19 cm. width: 23 cm. length: 5.5 cm.
