Yehoram Ga'on

The importance of the character of "Kazablan" lies in the presentation of an 'oriental' in a pleasant way. The character implied stereotypes as the "good hearted bad guy" but was a humane and round character, experiencing conflicts – whether to integrate into society productively or continue and walk around as a deprived person in Jaffa's "no man's land".
