The Old Central Bus Station in Tel-Aviv – Three Photographs
Three b/w photos of the old central bus station in Tel-Aviv, by the photographer Kurt Triest (1907-1985). Tel-Aviv, [1940s].
Construction of the central bus station was completed in 1941 and it started to operate in 1942. When it opened it was considered the most advanced bus station in the country and it encompassed service areas, underground passages and public services. Photos are ink stamped by the photographer. 12X18 cm. Good condition.
