Notebook published by the Joint- Italy/Booklet for Tel-Hai Day - Munich
1. Notebook. Joint, Italy, [second half of 1940s]. A notebook for school children. On the front cover appears an illustration of Eretz Israel map, on the back cover an illustration of the map of Italy with the printing "Supplied by The American Joint Distribution Committee in Italy". Act II of the play "shver tsu zany a yid" by Sholem Aleichem was copied by hand into the notebook. 21 cm. Fair condition. Tears and stains. Cover partly detached.

A booklet printed for Tel-Hai Day: songs, stories, musical notes and illustrations all about the rebirth of the People of Israel in their land, the battle of Tel-Hai and the Galilee, Joseph Trumpeldor and the War of Independence. [2],16,[1] pp, 19.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Detached cover. Creases.
