The committeeג€™s objective was the examination of the economic, geographical and agricultural possibilities for large-scale settlement of refugees of Europe in light of the political events; the essential intention was the settlement of Jews of Germany. Detailed report, with reference to process of training of settlers and to treatment of natives as well; includes a recommendation to immediately begin with an experimental settlement of 5000 people. 17 pages, 25 cm.
