Seven leaves with drawings of the house's exterior and interior, some in color. An impressive villa on several levels with wide halls, a storage room, balconies, rooms for a maid and a nanny, etc. [7] leaves 51.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Moth-damages, mainly at borders.
