Letter by Rabbi Isaac Mishael Rabbi of Nagykanizsa

Letter by Rabbi Isaac Mishel Av Beit Din of Nagykanizsa to Rabbi Yitzchak Sternfeld called Rabbi Itzik Gran Av Beit Din of Mahren. Kanizsa, 1839.
A request to help a destitute divorced woman, who does not receive child maintenance for a wet nurse for their daughter, and her former husband is a teacher in the village of Breznitz. His signature at the end of the letter "Isaac Mishael son of Rabbi G. HaLevi" - Rabbi Isaac Mishael, son of Rabbi Gershon HaLevi Av Beit Din of Pastacha, was accepted as Rabbi of Nagykanizsa (Hungary), as successor of Rabbi Meir Senta. Died at a young age in the beginning of the 1840s.
Approx. 25 cm. Bluish paper, good condition, few tears and minor stains. Address written on back leaf, post-office stamps and wax stamp.
