Halachic verdict letter on the matter of alimony payments deduced from the father's assets, Eastern handwriting, ornate rabbinical signatures of Rabbi Raphael Elazar Ha-Levi and Rabbi Raphael Chaim Binyamin Peretz. Constantinople, 1846.
The well-known Gaon Rabbi Raphael Chaim Binyamin Peretz, of the leading rabbis of Turkey in his generation, served as rabbi and Av Beit Din in the cities of Dardenelles and Gallipoli. Authored the "Zichrono Le-Chaim" (Salonika-Izmir, 1867-1872) and published the "Avnei Shoham" (Salonika, 1848) written by his father Rabbi Avraham Peretz.
