Letter of Ordination for Examiner and Slaughterer - Turin (Italy), 1721-1722

Letter of ordination for examiner and slaughterer, copy of scribe-written letter by Rabbi Gavriel son of Rabbi Shlomo Pontremoli, Torin, (1721) and letter by Rabbi Meir son of Rabbi Shimshon Baki. Kasali, (1722).
In Rabbi Meir Baki's letter [which is apparently an autograph of Rabbi Meir] he humbly and respectfully writes in reference to Rabbi Gavriel.
The Ga'on and Kabbalist Rabbi Gavriel Pontremoli, rabbi of Turin and Kasali, among the greatest rabbis of Italy in his generation, studied together with the Rabach and his colleague Rabbi Meir Baki, by the Ga'on and Kabbalist Rabbi Shimshon Baki (the first, father of Rabbi Meir Baki). Responsa by Rabbi Gavriel and Rabbi Meir were printed in the book "Rabach Responsa", by their colleague, the Ga'on and Kabbalist Rabbi Binyamin Cohen, disciple of the Ramaz and elderly rabbi of the Ramchal.
