Passover Plate Made by Palvel - Decorations According to Ze'ev Raban
Brass Passover plate, made by Palvel. Eretz Israel, [1950-s].
Plate's handle have prominent decorations - "And Egypt worked the Children of Israel oppressively" and "And Hashem took us out of Egypt with a strong hand and an outstretched arm" - according to Ze'ev Raban. On plate edges: "This is the bread of affliction that our fathers ate in the land of Egypt". Diameter: 39.5 cm. including handles: 46 cm. Good condition.
