Avraham Shlonsky – Two Lengthy Linguistic Letters
Avraham Shlonsky (1900-1973), two handwritten letters addressed to writer and linguist Yitzchak Avineri. Tel-Aviv, 1954.
Handwritten on “Sifriat Po’alim” letter paper. Shlonsky responds at length to a topic brought up by Avineri in his column in the “Al Ha-Mishmar” journal, which deals with dropping the letter Beit and responds to various other linguistic questions. [3]; [3] leaves, 21.5 cm. Very good condition.
