Igeret HaTeshuvah by Rabbenu Yonah Gerondi, "which the Rosh instructed to read every week of Rosh Chodesh". Kraków: printer not indicated, [1586]. Second edition.
On verso of title page, interesting preface by the publisher, "so-and-so the prayer leader of the community of a foreign land", who relates "the tremendous dangers" which befell him on his way to Kraków, the printing of this book being a tribute of thanks for his rescue.
This edition contains the "third sermon" which was printed at first under the name "sermon for women" in Sefer HaYirah by Rabbenu Yonah (Salonika, 1529), which henceforth became an integral part and direct continuation of Igeret HaTeshuvah. This edition also contains "Divrei Musar Chachamim" – which is the first section of the ethical will attributed to the Rambam (written to his son R. Avraham), as well as "Derech Tovah" – an ethical book by R. Yosef ibn Tzaddik.
