Notebook with many handwritten inscriptions concerning recruitment of women to the "HISH" [field corps of the "Hagana" organization], in home-front roles. One leaf is dated: February 25, 1948.
Minutes of meetings, surveys of personnel in different battalions, lists of recruited women with personal details, roles in need of manning, and more. The writer – Hanna – signs on one of the leaves: "I do not fulfill al the needs of the area's commanders due to lack of girls of recruitment age". [13] written leaves, 22 cm. Good condition. Creases to corners of some leaves.
