Typewritten on official stationery of the Rebbe Rayatz, with his signature "Yosef Yitzchak".
Sent to his relative R. Azriel Zelig Slonim, blessing him and his family for the upcoming year with a Ketivah VaChatimah Tovah and a Shanah Tovah. At the end of the letter, the Rayatz added the words "physically and spiritually" by hand.
