Sha’ar Ha-Shamayim on Nature, Astronomy and Theology. “Beautifully printed with new letters, here in Jerusalem”. [Print location forged. The book was apparently printed in Lemberg c. 1870]. Title page shows drawing of the Temple site.
[48] leaves. 21 cm. Dry paper, good-fair condition, tears on the title page, undamaged text. Rebound.
The forged caption “Printed in Jerusalem” doesn’t appear on all copies – see Bibliography Institute CD, record 0301300.
