Shivchei Pesach – Morocco / Single Leaf for Passover – Tehran

1. Seder Shivchei Pesach, piyutim for Passover by Fez scholars. Fez, [1926]. Piyutim in Hebrew, Aramaic and Arabic in Hebrew letters, translated by Rabbi Shimon Shiso and Rabbi Moshe Ebn Denan. "Large letters… for children to make it easy for them". The title page and cover were printed in dark red ink. Stains. Creases in cover.
2. --- Chag HaMatzot (Pesach). A single leaf including seder Kadesh U'rchatz with Jewish Persian explanation, in Hebrew letters. Printed in Shahin, Teheran. At top of right column: "L'Shana HaBa'ah B'Yerushalayim". [See Otzar HaHagadot 3218, where a similar leaf is mentioned that was printed in Hamadan, Persia, c. 1939]. Stains and tears.
