This book serves as source for many subsequent books of practices and prayer kavanot.
Copy of Rebbe Moshe Hager of Radovitz-Safed, with his stamps on the title page (two types) and his handwritten and signed ownership inscription on the front endpaper, followed by various inscriptions, including a kvitel inscription for salvation.
Several kabbalistic glosses in Rashi script.
Rebbe Moshe Hager of Radovitz (1840-1901), author of Vayikach Moshe, son of Rebbe Yosef Alter Hager of Radovitz. Immigrated to Eretz Israel, settling in Safed and later in Haifa, where he became one of the founders of the Ashkenazi settlement in the city.
[4], 66 leaves; 56 leaves (lacking final 2 leaves: 57-58). 20.5 cm. Bluish paper. Good-fair condition (several leaves in fair condition). Stains (including dark stains) and wear. Worming, slightly affecting text. Tears. Open tears affecting text on final leaf. Tape repairs to endpaper and final leaf. Inscriptions. Stamps. New binding.
One of the only three Hebrew books printed in Bilozirka.
