Yehiel Tschlenov - notebook with copies of letters

Notebook containing copies of letters and telegrams by Yehiel Tschlenov (1863-1918), a physician and Zionist leader. Contains copies of around 100 letters and telegrams sent from London between January and December 1915, to an impressive number of Zionist leaders. The letters The letters reflect all the political and bureaucratic of the Zionist organization's management which was located in London during WWI.Among the addressees: Yehuda Leib Magness, Max Nordau, Ze'ev Jabostisky, Aharon Aronson, Chaim Weizmann, and Tschlenov's wife.
On the cover of the notebook - "Fund for Jewish Settlement, Kerem Kayemet" in handwriting and a drawing of a Magen David. A few letters are in handwriting.
Hebrew, German, Russian and English.

Very good condition. Slight tears to margins of a few of the pages.
