Round Brass Box – Product of Pal-Bell – Ze'ev Raban
Brass box with lid, product of Pal-bell. Designed by Ze'ev Raban. [1950s]. Cast brass; green patina. Marked "Pal-Bell Co. LTD. Made in Israel". Lid decorated with the image of Ruth the Moabite, Reaping grain with a sickle. Perimeter of box, surrounding the lid, decorated with vine shoots and grape clusters.
Maximum diameter: approx. 13 cm. Height: approx. 7 cm. Good condition. Minor dents. Corrosion to interior.
