Agreement and bill of cancellation of partnership, by printer Rabbi Moshe ben HaRim MiBobrik, who withdrew from the partnership he had with Rabbi Tzvi Spiegelman and accomplices, leaving the business to them. Safed, [1876?]

Important document regarding history of printing in Safed and Eretz Israel, in the third period of printing houses in Safed [see enclosed article by A. Ya'ari]. In 1876 a printing house was established by the above partners; it printed the books "Zimrat HaAretz" and "Ma'aseh Nissim". The last book printed in that printing house was Zichron Yeshu'at Yisrael, and only Spiegelman's name was written in it. This document was written after the printing of Zimrat HaAretz in 1876.
One leaf, 14.5 cm. Half the page bears writing. Protected by jacket, bearing inscription about importance of document – by collector.
