Panoramic view of Jerusalem from the east – hand-colored woodcut by Iacob Clauser (signed in the margin "IC"), with German captions indicating prominent sites. On the lower part of the leaf appear two columns of text describing Jerusalem. German text on verso, pp. MCCCXL-MCCCXXXVII.
Leaf: 35X42 cm. (view of Jerusalem: 37X15 cm.). Good-fair condition. Stains. Tears and minor wear (mainly to margins and fold line). Professionally restored (with paper completions).
