Photograph with a Dedication by David Ben-Gurion / Recruitment Confirmation from the Israeli War of Independence
1. A photograph of David Ben-Gurion walking in Kibbutz Sdeh Boker accompanied by two people. On its verso, a dedication handwritten by Ben-Gurion: "To Ephraim Grundland, Greetings, D. Ben-Gurion, Sdeh Boker, 19.4.68".
14X9 cm. Good condition.
2. "Temporary Certificate", indicating that Ephraim Grundland had enlisted for full service at the central absorbing camp on June 7, 1948.
8X12 cm. Fair condition. Much wear, tears and stains.
Enclosed is a printed note: "Greetings by D. Ben-Gurion".
