Manuscript, Passover Haggadah, with Judeo-Arabic translation and piyutim. [Afghanistan?], 1886.
The original text and Judeo-Arabic translation. With addition of Amru Rabboteinu… and with piyutim Emunim Archu Shevach and Ata Ga'alta.
Opening words illustrated with geometric patterns. Illustrations of birds and branches. Several pages with large colored illustrations (birds, trees and geometric patterns). In one place, the text of the Haggada is written in several colors.
Colophon at the end of the manuscript: "This Passover Haggada has been completed in the month of Adar Bet 1886…I have written it for the nice pleasant young man…Sasson ben Avraham HaLevi… Eliyahu Menachem David Mizrachi". Signature in several places by "Sasson ben Avraham HaLevi".
A number of leaves at the beginning of the Haggada are missing (starts with Baruch HaMakom Baruch Hu). [90] pages. 24 cm. Fair condition. Spotting, wear and tear. New binding, detached.
