Four leaves from the first, rare edition of Likutei Tefillot, from the first part printed in the home of R. Natan Sternhartz (Moharnat), disciple of R. Nachman of Breslov. [Breslov: R. Natan Sternhartz, 1822].
The present item comprises the title page (torn and lacking), with the three leaves of foreword which follow.
These leaves are very rare and are lacking in the NLI copies.
Likutei Tefillot was secretly printed in the home of R. Natan, in the midst of the persecutions against him and against Breslov Chassidim. The printing of part I began in 1822 and was completed in 1824. The printing of part II began at that time, but was interrupted due to the closure of R. Natan's press by the authorities. Only in 1827 did R. Natan complete the printing of the second part (see following item).

Leaf 52 torn and half lacking (repaired with paper). Detached leaves. Without binding.

Likutei Halachot, Orach Chaim part II (laws of Birkat Kohanim – laws of bedtime Shema service), based on the teachings of R. Nachman of Breslov, by his disciple R. Natan Sternhartz of Breslov (Moharnat). [Zhovkva, 1849]. First edition.
The present volume contains the second part of this work, on part II of Orach Chaim (sections 128-239), with indexes.
Likutei Halachot is one of the most important compositions of Breslov teachings, wherein R. Natan of Breslov gives Chassidic and kabbalistic explanations, together with practical guidelines of conduct in G-d's service, arranged in the order of the laws in Shulchan Aruch – following the unique approach of his teacher, R. Nachman of Breslov.

Most copies lack title page to this part; present copy including title page. 24.5 cm. Good condition. Stains, including minor dampstains. Open tear to title page, repaired with paper, without damage to text. Some worming, with minimal damage to text. Stamps on title page (some deleted). New leather binding.
Kinat Hashem Tzevaot, caustic polemic work against Moses Mendelssohn and the Maskilim of Berlin, attributed to R. Natan of Breslov (Moharnat). [Lviv?: printer not indicated, ca. 1880]. First edition.
This first edition was printed anonymously. The book was attributed to R. Natan of Breslov, and later editions were published under his name. This fact is however not conclusive.
40 pages. 18.5 cm. Pp. 17-24 erroneously bound before p. 9. Fair-good condition. Stains. Worming and minor tears, slightly affecting title page border and text on final leaf, repaired in part with tape. Handwritten inscriptions. New binding.
False imprint on the title page: "1852, as printed in Yas".
