Rabbi Avraham Azriel (1862-1947), among the greatest Sephardic scholars in Jerusalem, served in the rabbinate from 1885 and was chief Av Beit Din of the Sephardim in Jerusalem. Published the books of his grandfather, chief rabbi, Rabbi Aharon Azriel author of Kapei Aharon.
