Large format. Title pages illustrated in various colors. On the third leaf is a long recommendation and request for support for the Persian Jewish community in Jerusalem. With signatures of the rabbis of the Persian community of Jerusalem, with the addition of a handwritten signed recommendation of the Rishon L'Zion Rabbi Ya'akov Meir. On the following leaf is a recommendation of Rabbi Kook, with his signature [Rashi script] and stamp. On the verso, the names of donors and amounts are listed. The rest of the leaves are blank.
