Dedication handwritten and signed by the author's grandson, R. Meir son of R. Menachem. In the top right-hand corner of the title page, inscription (deleted): "Received as a gift from my brother-in-law R. Meir of Ungvar…". Other inscriptions and signatures.
Four lengthy scholarly glosses (trimmed), contemporary to the printing.
