A handwritten leaf, Torah novella. "I heard a nice thing from a messenger from Telz in the name of his son Rabbi Moshe Aharon of Kelm…". On the other side of leaf [ripped from a book], owners' inscriptions of Rabbi Moshe son of Yissachar Ber (Heshelzohn) of Kurshan near Shavl.
Rabbi Moshe Aharon Resnik-Epstein (1875-1957), a prominent rabbi of the mussar movement, a student of Telz Yeshiva and a disciple of the "grandfather of Kelm". Served in the rabbinate of Lithuanian cities and in Stalingrad. Immigrated to Eretz Yisrael in the 1920's. See attached material.
