This responsum is unknown and has not been printed in Kovetz Teshuvot. Printed in Kehilot Ya'akov, Part 9 (Jerusalem, 1954), Siman 8 is a halachic discussion with "a Torah sage" about the issues of this treatise [these were printed in Kovetz Teshuvot, Part 4, Siman 16 in the name of Rabbi Elyashiv], but the teachings in this manuscript are not included there.
