The certificate was given to "David Perentz Shamkot" and stamped with the Association's stamp. On the reverse side "a copy of the necessary regulations… for each member of the association".

"The crown of our heads has fallen – the Holy Rebbe Menachem Nachum Twersky died last night…". Printed in Jerusalem, [1936].
Rabbi Menachem Nachum Twersky (1839-1936) son of Rabbi Yochanan of Rachmastrivka. After his father's death in 1895, he and his brothers jointly served as rebbe of Rachmastrivka. Together, they moved to Jerusalem and continued the Rachmastrivka dynasty and the Meor Einayim Yeshivah.

Mavaryk’s name was partially printed in golden ink.
Thomas Masaryk (1850-1937) – Czech philosopher and political figure, was friendly with the Jewish People. As president of the Czech Republic, he was opposed to anti-Semitism in his country, gave the Jews full equality of rights .

Rabbi Yosef Lipman Gurewitz, native of Vilna, was active in the Va’ad HaYeshivot lead by the Ga’on Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinski. In 1933 was appointed as rabbi in Melbourne, and corresponded regularly with Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinski.

2. A certificate concerning the purchase of letters in a Sefer Torah written in memory of the Chazon Ish for the support of the Kollel and Torah institutions. Bnei Brak, 1956. [The certificate is very similar to certificates made by Rabbi Chaim Ozer in Vilna, for the writing of a Sefer Torah in memory of the Chafetz Chaim in support of the Va'ad HaYeshivot].
