Complete set of the Arba’ah Turim, including Beit Yosef and Bayit Chadash. Koenigsberg, 1862.
Various owner signatures. Some of the volumes contain many handwritten glosses which consist of erudite comments and corrections from the period of the printing.
This edition of the Arba’ah Turim, proofread by the Ga’on Rabbi Ya’akov Bacharach, author of HaMa’amarim, is considered the most precise edition of the Arba’ah Turim. In this edition only the Beit Yosef and the Darkei Moshe were printed, whereas the Bayit Chadash was printed separately and contains its own title page.
7 volumes, approx. 38 cm. Fine high-quality paper, good to fair condition. Some of the comments are slightly cut off, old bindings, some with leather spines.
